Lavida will expose the detailed parameters of the listed 2.0 model.

As the first "A" class car of Shanghai Volkswagen, Lavida will be officially launched in June after the world premiere of the 10th Beijing Auto Show. Lavida, which is on the same platform as Ming Rui, not only has a long wheelbase of the same class, but also looks like the flagship model "Phaeton" of Volkswagen family. In terms of power system, Lavida will be equipped with 1.6 and 2.0 engines. Through the exposure of the following parameters, let us have a look at the performance of Lavida LaVida 2.0 model.

As can be seen from the following table, although Lavida is positioned as an "A" class car, its wheelbase is as long as 2610mm, so it can be said that it has a large internal space in the same class car. In addition, in terms of power system, the maximum power and torque of Lavida 2.0 engine are 88 kW and 180 Nm respectively, which are 3 kW and 8 Nm and 3 kW and 10 Nm higher than those of Lingyu and Ming Rui 2.0 engines respectively. It can be seen that the LaVida 2.0 engine is a new generation engine that has been retrained.

Lavida has a wheelbase of 2610mm, which makes its interior space quite spacious. Lavida as an "A" class car, its simple interior design style can compete with other brands of mid-level cars. Luxury configurations such as three-position multi-function steering wheel, folding night display and automatic air conditioning all appear on Lavida. In addition, heated seats and integrated Bluetooth function of cruise control will be equipped in high-profile models.

Lavida, as the first mass-produced model independently developed by Shanghai Volkswagen, not only fills the blank of Shanghai Volkswagen’s own model, but also creates a brand-new "A" class car for Chinese people. As for whether Lavida LaVida can be really accepted by consumers, it also depends on what kind of price strategy Shanghai Volkswagen has formulated for it. I believe that as its listing date approaches, the answer will be announced soon.
