A number of new cars listed on Mercedes-Benz Chengdu Auto Show lineup exposure
Recently, Mercedes-Benz officially announced the lineup of the 2023 Chengdu Auto Show. It is reported that Mercedes-Benz will have three new cars on the market at Chengdu Auto Show, namely the new GLE coupe, the new GLB and the new Mercedes -AMG SL 63.
New GLE coupe
The Mercedes-Benz GLE family officially completed the mid-term redesign in February this year, and the new Mercedes-Benz GLE was officially launched on July 10, with a price range of 69.98-88.98 million yuan. At present, the price range of current Mercedes-Benz GLE coupe (parameter | inquiry) is 795,800-824,800 yuan.
The appearance of the new GLE coupe has been slightly upgraded, the grille has been changed to the design style of "Starry Night", and the headlight shape has also been completely upgraded, and it will be equipped with geometric multi-beam LED headlights. The rear of the new car has also been slightly upgraded, mainly by adjusting the taillights.
The interior of the new car has not changed much, mainly for the configuration and functions. In terms of power, the whole system will embrace electrification. It is expected that 2.0T four-cylinder engine +48 light hybrid, 2.5T inline six-cylinder engine +48 light hybrid and 2.0T plug-in hybrid versions will be provided.
New GLB
The new GLB has previously landed in the catalogue of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. As a mid-term redesigned model, the new car has undergone some changes in appearance, and has been optimized and upgraded in terms of configuration to make it more competitive in the market.
In terms of appearance, the new car adopts a standard quadrangular front air intake grille with rounded corners, and with the design of the three-pronged Xinghui LOGO, the new car looks more heavy. In addition, the headlights on both sides of the front of the car have become sharper. The quadrilateral design and the internally rearranged light sources and LED light groups make the new car show a more handsome visual effect.
On the tail side, the new car taillight group adopts a blackened lamp shell, and the exhaust gas from both sides and the diffuser decoration decorated with chrome at the tail further add a sense of high quality. In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 4638/1834/1696(1706)mm and the wheelbase is 2829mm respectively.
AMG SL 63
AMG SL 63 was released in 2021. The car will be equipped with a 4.0T V8 twin-turbo engine, with a maximum power of 585Ps(430kW), a peak torque of 800N·m, an acceleration of 3.6 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h and a top speed of 315 km/h.
